Job Title: VP / Resolution Planning Reporting Lead Analyst

The Hispanic Technology Executive Council is seeking a highly skilled VP / Resolution Planning Reporting Lead Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the business administrative and reporting activities associated with Citi's resolution planning data aggregation and reporting platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed operations and validation activities associated with the aggregation of data from many source systems.
  • Ensure consistent reporting and data quality of source systems.
  • Design and analyze complex data reports for use by resolution planning teams, senior management, and regulators.
  • Recommend and oversee process improvements.
  • Manage and execute operations activities associated with system enhancement projects.
  • Ascertain business requirements, conduct data analysis, perform proof of concept and impact analyses, conduct user acceptance testing, and ensure changes are implemented successfully.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of resolution plan data sourcing, in order to support and influence cross-functional teams and management.
  • Prepare analyses, reports, presentations, and other communications for senior management consumption.
  • Drive compliance with applicable regulations and policy, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
  • 6+ years experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field.
  • 5+ years experience in data analysis.
  • 3+ years program management skills, with attention to detail and ability to deliver on milestones.
  • Subject matter expertise in MS Excel, proficiency in Word and Power Point.
  • Demonstrated excellence in producing executive level communications.
  • Financial analysis experience preferred.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities. Demonstrated experience in working with large and complex data files.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues to senior managers.
  • Organizational and project management skills.
  • Problem solver with the ability to translate plans into actions.
  • Ability to prioritize across multiple deliverables.
  • A mature and dependable team player with a positive attitude.
  • Rosetta experience is a plus.
Education:
  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience.
