Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with residents to identify, troubleshoot, repair, and resolve issues related to electrical systems, plumbing, heating and cooling systems, appliances, and structural elements such as stairs and railings.

Essential Skills:

  • Plumbing: Proficient in the repair, replacement, or installation of faucets, pipes, water heaters, toilets, and kitchen appliances.
  • Electrical: Capable of handling the repair, replacement, or installation of switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, and climate control systems.
  • Drywall Repair: Skilled in addressing minor damages such as nail holes and dings, particularly during tenant transitions.
  • Painting: Experienced in performing touch-ups and applying fresh coats of paint in preparation for new tenants.
  • Appliance Repair: Knowledgeable in the maintenance and installation of major household appliances including refrigerators, ovens, and air conditioning units.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Responsible for landscaping tasks such as mowing, weeding, and maintaining the overall appearance of the property.
  • Cleaning and Upkeep: Ensure cleanliness in shared community spaces and prepare vacated units for new occupants.
