About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Agape Care Group. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for managing the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for our hospice patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the care team and provide education and training related to clinical practice, regulation, and reimbursement changes.
  • Help orient new employees and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies for improving patient care and outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure they have the resources and training needed to provide high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).
  • Current state license as a registered nurse.
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred).
  • Reliable transportation and ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs.
