Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Active Registered Pharmacist license
  • Preferred experience in a clinical setting
  • Supervisory experience is advantageous

Responsibilities:

Engage with nursing and medical teams regarding prescription management, patient responses, and any discrepancies. Conduct thorough reviews of medication usage and develop criteria for medical staff evaluation. Oversee drug therapies as directed by medical professionals and recommend alternatives when necessary. Collaborate with physicians on financial risk management related to medication prescribing. Integrate the hospital's mission and guiding principles into daily operations.
