Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to manage the hotel and ground transportation procurement process and produce high-quality destination presentations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and collect hotel data in key destinations
• Manage the Request for Proposal process
• Secure and negotiate rates, services, and amenities with hotels and ground transportation suppliers
• Analyze market trends
• Produce high-quality and detailed destination presentations
• Manage crewmember feedback

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and integrative negotiation skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with diverse cultures
• Salesforce experience a plus, but not required
• Hotel experience preferred

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $19.50.
