Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supplier Diversity Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase diversity and inclusion in our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Contract Administration and Workforce Development to track, measure, and report on vendor diversity goals and contractual obligations.
  • Partner with Estimating, Project Managers, and Sourcing Executives to ensure successful execution of diversity goals by identifying and engaging diverse suppliers.
  • Identify and attend vendor/supplier sources and fairs to ensure a diverse vendor pool.
  • Conduct online research and site visits to identify qualified, prospective small and diverse suppliers.
  • Manage, review, and respond to inquiries from various channels, including procurement supplier diversity portal.
  • Work with Marketing & Communications to maintain and update supplier diversity content.
  • Identify industry best practices in supplier diversity programs and recommend appropriate practices to continuously evolve our Supplier Diversity program.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Supplier or Workforce Development in government, private, or public sector.
  • Experience with government reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate must have good analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize work assignments.
  • Work effectively with a diverse workforce.
