Job Summary

This is a strategic role within the account/client services team, offering a salary range of $80,000 to $85,000. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging their up-to-date knowledge of social platforms and their performance to guide clients on the most effective platforms for their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Serve as a subject matter expert for social content creation and community management, staying updated on cultural and digital trends, relevancy, and best practices.
  • Client Collaboration: Actively participate in meetings with clients, vendors, and colleagues to contribute to social media tactics within clients' strategic plans.
  • Platform Expertise: Possess deep knowledge of social marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate closely with the agency's creative team to transform ideas into compelling content, aligning with strategy and moving swiftly when required.
  • Engagement and Strategy: Drive engagement, conversations, and interest for clients by leading social media strategy for the agency.
  • Project Management: Oversee execution for multiple clients, including being part of the content idea generation team.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Slides, Sheets, etc.).
  • Performance Metrics: Collaborate with the digital strategy and paid social teams to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for all projects.
  • Writing and Communication: Deliver clear, concise writing adhering to AP style, with the ability to adapt from straightforward to witty when necessary.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on best practices in the ever-changing field of social media.
  • Additional Skills: Some knowledge of Google AdWords, display, and mobile advertising is a plus.
