Job Summary

EHE Health is seeking a skilled Physician to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Per Diem Physician, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional medical care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough annual assessments to identify and address patient health concerns
  • Provide counsel to patients on their health concerns and develop personalized care plans
  • Document care delivered in our proprietary electronic medical records system
  • Refer patients to specialists or other healthcare services as needed
  • Develop and implement follow-up care programs to ensure ongoing patient support
Requirements
  • Board Certification in Internal, Family, or Emergency Medicine or Board Eligibility
  • Current unrestricted State license and DEA certificate
  • 4-10 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in Preventive Medicine and/or Occupational Health is a plus
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable with electronic medical records and MS Office
