Job Summary

The Small Group Personal Trainer is responsible for leading clients through engaging and challenging 30 and 45-minute Small Group workouts. This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively motivate and educate clients of all fitness levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Small Group Sessions (up to 8 clients/session) and create engaging workout plans that cater to diverse client needs.
  • Motivate and collaborate with clients to ensure a positive experience that meets their unique goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for clients.
  • Actively participate in required staff trainings and meetings, maintaining required certifications and adhering to facility protocols.
Requirements
  • A current personal training or related certification accredited through the NCCA (National Commissions for Certifying Agencies) is required.
  • CPR/First Aid certifications are required within the first 60 days of employment.
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required, Post-secondary education preferred.

  • Communication: Explain and educate clients in a clear and concise manner, motivating behavioral change and exercising empathy to help clients achieve their goals.

  • Influence: Seek to understand clients' individual needs and provide honest and meaningful guidance towards their fitness goals.

Pay Range:

$20 - $35 per hour
