About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team as an Autism Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adolescents with autism.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized treatment plans, providing direct ABA therapy to clients in home and community-based settings, training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborating with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough FBAs and develop tailored treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Deliver high-quality ABA therapy in home and community settings, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote positive outcomes
  • Train and supervise RBTs to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans and maintain accurate data collection and analysis to track client progress and inform treatment decisions
  • Cultivate strong relationships with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment
Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
