Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct skill assessments to determine client strengths and areas of need
  • Create treatment plans that maximize client strengths and address deficits
  • Implement plans in a way that meets client and family needs
  • Provide direct services or supervise highly trained behavior therapists
  • Collaborate with other members of the child's team

Requirements:

  • NYS Licensed Behavior Analyst
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Familiarity with ABA principles and practices
