Job Overview

Our team of professionals is dedicated to ensuring that every child has access to the resources and support they need to reach their full potential.

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for our clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

You will be responsible for conducting assessments and reassessments for children diagnosed with ASD, working closely with caregivers to create meaningful goals and treatment plans.

In addition, you will design and analyze data-driven behavior intervention plans, provide direct supervision of junior therapists, and collaborate with parents, behavioral therapists, and clinical care teams to improve patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with children with ASD. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Education)
  • Active BCBA certification or eligibility
  • LBA credential in New York State (or eligible)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
