Job Overview

At StretchLab Huntsville, we are seeking a motivated and compassionate Part-Time Flexibility Specialist to join our team in Madison, AL.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year(s) of hands-on related experience and a fitness, health, or wellness certification or related state license. A Bachelor's degree in fitness, health, or wellness is preferred but not required.


Salary & Benefits

We offer an estimated salary of $16.50 per hour, plus additional commissions based on session lengths and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

Job Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Flexibility Specialist, you will lead both one-on-one and group stretching sessions, tailoring your approach to meet each client's unique flexibility needs. You will actively engage with members, expanding your client base and filling your schedule.

You will be part of a supportive and dynamic team, all while enjoying the flexibility to pursue your personal business endeavors.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 1+ year(s) of hands-on related experience
  • A fitness, health, or wellness certification or related state license
  • Bachelor's degree in fitness, health, or wellness

Acceptable certifications include personal training, physical therapy assisting, massage therapy, kinesiology, or yoga.
