Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in customer engagement and outreach activities, working with stakeholders across contract vehicles, agency organizations, the military, foreign partners, and the IC.
  • Provide reporting to customers, management, engineering leads, and product teams.
  • Work closely with customers, product users, and product owners to understand mission drivers/needs and communicate them to development teams.
  • Identify dependencies across requirements and customers in multiple organizations for product development and collaboration toward a comprehensive customer engagement strategy.
  • Work with mission stakeholders to define needs/requirements.
  • Identify milestone dates for deliveries and track delivery timelines.
  • Work with the Atlassian tool suite to track requirements (JIRA & Confluence).
  • Help refine and implement a comprehensive customer engagement strategy.

You will be responsible for identifying dependencies across requirements and customers in multiple organizations, working with mission stakeholders to define needs/requirements, and tracking delivery timelines. You will also have the opportunity to work with the Atlassian tool suite to track requirements and help refine and implement a comprehensive customer engagement strategy.
