Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Trend Director to understand the overall trend, print, and color strategy for Forever 21's seasonal collections.
- Assist in compiling the color forecast to serve as the base for each brand's trend package by researching and forecasting current fashion trends and colors.
- Manage the research, compilation, and distribution of the trend package for assigned brands, ensuring timely delivery and meeting all assigned deadlines.
- Contribute trend and color feedback during item-by-item styling and color approvals, suggesting necessary improvements or changes before the item is released to market.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field.
- 7+ years of combined experience in Buying and Trend Forecasting roles.
- Strong ability to spot fashion colors and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, and In-Design.
