About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services. As a clinician-owned and operated home healthcare agency, we prioritize a strong work-life balance and provide ongoing support to our clinicians.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of patients.
  • Assess cognition, language, and swallowing functions to ensure patient safety and provide recommendations for necessary modifications or equipment.
  • Provide patient and caregiver education to promote effective communication and independence.
  • Accurately and timely document patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • MA Speech Language Pathologist license
  • Minimum 1-year experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
