Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity

Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services is a dynamic and clinician-owned home healthcare agency that prioritizes work-life balance and clinician support. We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of dedicated professionals serving the Wareham area of Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans addressing patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of cognition, language, and swallowing functions to ensure patient safety and provide recommendations for necessary modifications or equipment.
  • Provide patient and caregiver education to promote effective communication and independence.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and use electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
