Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity

Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services is a dynamic home healthcare agency that prioritizes clinician well-being and career growth. We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of dedicated professionals serving the Wareham area of Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of cognition, language, and swallowing functions to ensure patient safety and provide recommendations for necessary modifications or equipment
  • Provide patient and caregiver education to promote effective communication and care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

  • MA Speech Language Pathologist license
  • Minimum 1-year experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with patients and medical professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems
