West Virginia Employer is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. Below are the key qualifications and responsibilities for this role.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

* Current West Virginia Respiratory Therapist Licensure
* Associates degree from an accredited school by the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care or the Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs for respiratory therapy
* Successful completion of Neonatal Resuscitation certification
* Current ACLS certification

**Experience:**

* 3 or more years of previous experience in all aspects of cardiopulmonary services

**Professional Requirements:**

* Maintains regulatory requirements
* Maintains patient confidentiality at all times
* Wears identification while on duty; uses computerized punch time system correctly
* Completes in services and returns in a timely fashion
* Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner
* Actively participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities

**Nature of Work:**

Under the supervision of the Cardiopulmonary Services Medical Director and Department Manager, the Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing cardiopulmonary care services in accordance with specific physicians orders, department policies, and procedures.
