Position Summary:
In light of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for a committed Security and Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team, directly reporting to the Plant Manager. This role entails overseeing activities during non-operational hours, safeguarding our facilities, and mitigating loss through vigilant oversight and proactive measures.

Paid Time Off:
- Accrual of 40 hours per year (monthly accumulation), starting from January 1. The PTO balance will be adjusted based on the start date.
Paid Holidays:
- Seven paid holidays are provided each year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Surveillance Oversight: Ensure continuous monitoring of the premises during non-operational hours to deter unauthorized access and identify suspicious activities.
- Loss Mitigation: Adhere to company policies focused on preventing theft and other security violations.
- Incident Response: Swiftly address any potential security concerns and collaborate with local law enforcement as needed.
- Collaboration with Law Enforcement: Foster strong relationships with local law enforcement agencies to bolster security initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Background in Law Enforcement: Experience in law enforcement is preferred but not mandatory.
- Investigative Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive investigations, including interviewing individuals and analyzing data related to inventory and product flow.
- Self-Starter: A dependable, motivated individual with a strong drive for success in loss prevention.
