- Assist with the implementation of new products and technologies, including conducting site visits and providing on-site support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical device technologies and advancements, and apply this knowledge to improve customer outcomes and sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or a related field.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
