We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA to join our team as a Caregiver Trainer and Support Specialist. As a key member of our Crystal Lake office, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients while also supporting the growth and development of our caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training and mentorship to new caregivers on CNA best practices, including mechanical lifts and special diet preparation.
- Support new employee readiness by ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to provide exceptional care.
- Act as a lead backup for client care and fill shifts as needed.
- Introduce new caregivers to clients and facilitate a smooth transition.
- Provide miscellaneous office support, including annual training preparation and employee recognition.

CNA Client Responsibilities:
- Provide care as directed by a nursing supervisor, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, and vital sign monitoring.
