Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Help Desk Customer Service Agent to join our team at WiredPeople, Inc. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients via phone and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their technical issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve customer technical issues using various tools and resources, including Management Information Systems.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions using Genesys and SharePoint.
  • Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least one year of call center experience.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to effectively communicate via phone, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Qualifications: Customer-oriented, communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and initiative.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Experience using Genesys, SharePoint, MS Office, and Outlook.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in a Help Desk/Customer Support environment.
