Job Summary:

They will also be responsible for reviewing technical deliverables, troubleshooting end-user problems, and providing technical guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze systems requirements, procedures, and problems to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Review technical deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot end-user problems and provide technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Information Systems.
• 5 years of progressive work experience in a related field, or a Master's degree with 6 months of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a related IT profession.
• Proficiency in 4-5 technologies, including ABAP, SAP, SAP ERP application, Java, and SAP (ABAP).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
