Speech Language Pathologist for Elementary School in Westfield, TX

At Soliant, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at an elementary school in Westfield, TX. This is a contract position for the 24/25 school year.
Job OverviewThis SLP will be responsible for developing and implementing speech services that align with student IEPs, state curriculum, or common core standards. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and be licensed to practice in Texas.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized speech plans for students with varying abilities and needs
- Provide direct therapy sessions to students individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement interdisciplinary programming
- Conduct evaluations and progress monitoring to assess student growth and progress
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress
- Consult with classroom staff on strategies to support students' goals and objectives
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Texas SLP license
- Prior experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
We estimate the salary range for this position to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
