Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at Boot Barn. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and visual presentation.
  • Lead and motivate sales team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with training and development of sales team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, time management, and organization skills.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
  • Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

  • Standing, walking, and squatting less than fifty percent of the work shift.
  • Required to lift, move, and carry up to 40 pounds.

  • Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
