Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist - MRO to join our team at Country View Family Farms. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for reviewing purchase requisitions, selecting appropriate products or services, and maintaining relationships with vendors for optimal pricing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze purchase requisitions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Negotiate contracts and handle bids to ensure optimal pricing and delivery.
  • Maintain detailed procurement records and handle inventory management.
  • Address issues with defective goods or services, working with quality control and vendors to ensure satisfactory resolution.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in MRO procurement and familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to balance multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies and processes, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proactive in communication, capable of negotiating with vendors and presenting information clearly.
