Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our expanding team. As a Clinical Informatics Specialist, your primary role will be to act as both a technological and clinical authority for our clients. You will represent DocsInk and serve as a vital point of contact for assigned accounts. We are looking for someone who is genuinely committed to making a positive impact in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in the DocsInk software platform and its integrated solutions.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and training sessions for potential clients, addressing their workflow needs.
- Act as a liaison between our technical team and healthcare professionals utilizing our software.
- Assist in the development, implementation, training, evaluation, and maintenance of the DocsInk software for both new and existing users.
- Analyze customer feedback and support data to recommend procedural and training improvements.
- Review client accounts to ensure optimal software usage.
- Deliver live and on-site presentations and training sessions.
- Manage multiple concurrent tasks efficiently.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, IT, or a related computer science discipline.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
- Experience with electronic medical records.
- Understanding of both Capitated Patient Models (ACOs) and Fee-for-Service Models.
- Insight into IT system design and clinical workflows, EHRs, and clinical documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience
- 3-5 years of clinical experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in medical coding or billing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with EMR systems.
- A positive and energetic attitude towards working in the healthcare software industry.
- Experience in delivering product demonstrations or conducting webinars.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
