Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable retail interactions
  • Deepen brand loyalty and turn casual listeners into lifelong Sony audio enthusiasts
  • Introduce the Sony brand to customers and ensure successful customer interactions through effective engagement tactics
  • Highlight unique product features and provide expert advice and purchasing recommendations that fit customers' individual needs
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Previous retail, sales, and/or direct customer support experience
  • Demonstrated passion for audio and music
  • High energy with strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Access to reliable transportation to commute to local Best Buy store
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
  • Available to work the required Friday through Sunday shift schedule
