We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team at Jobot. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who has a strong background in preventive and equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, electrical systems, and other related areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Maintenance Operations: Ensure that our company's equipment, machinery, and systems are in excellent working condition.
  • Develop Maintenance Strategies: Create and implement a robust preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Troubleshoot and Repair Equipment: Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment issues, including electrical systems, Allen Bradley PLC, HMI, and VFD.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.
  • Manage Maintenance Budget: Manage the CapEx budget and ensure cost-effective maintenance operations.
  • Provide Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and training to the maintenance team.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to optimize maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role.
  • Skills: Proven experience with preventive maintenance, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and electrical systems.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC, HMI, and VFD, as well as familiarity with GMP, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.
  • Software: Experience with CMMS software and SAP.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage a CapEx budget effectively and lead a team.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
