Nursing Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated RN/Unit Manager to oversee higher risk care activities for assigned units at The Gardens at St. Elizabeth, our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
The ideal candidate will promote the values of Compassion, Inclusion, Integrity, Excellence, and Collaboration in their interactions and the care they provide our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee higher risk care activities for assigned units to minimize the potential risk of infection.
- Participate on the facility's QAA committee.
- Participate in the annual infection control risk assessment process.
- Maintains documentation of infection prevention and control program activities for units assigned.
- Performs activities related to nursing care needs of residents.
- Documents in accordance with nursing policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current Nurse license in the state of Colorado, RN required.
- Currently certified in CPR and First Aid, long-term care experience preferred.
- Point Click Care experience preferred.
