  • Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of Guest Services, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Control expenses, shrinkage, and inventory levels to optimize store performance.
  • Develop and train staff to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales and profitability goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • Flexible schedule required.
  • Prior retail management experience is required.
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
