Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Technician at Hannaford Supermarkets, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the pharmacy team in a fast-paced retail environment. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting pharmacists with filling and processing prescriptions, supporting clerical functions, and delivering an unparalleled customer experience with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and compassion.

Key Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists with filling and processing prescriptions, while learning from and leaning on their expert knowledge and experience.
Support the pharmacy by performing clerical functions such as filling, organizing, and maintaining accurate records.
Personalize the customer experience by using your skills and product knowledge to problem solve and offer solutions that meet or exceed customers' expectations.
Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance to other pharmacy team members as needed.

Requirements

Strong communication, customer service, and time-management skills.
High levels of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Effective interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
Must pass a criminal background check and meet minimum age and educational requirements.
Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Preferred Requirements
