Job Title: Call Center Agent

At Blades of Green, our Call Center Agents are the first point of contact for anyone who is calling into our office, and often a client, or potential client's, first impression of our company.

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Make outbound telephone calls to follow up with clients and provide updates on their issues.
  • Respond to client emails and chat messages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work within our core Customer Relations Management (CRM) system to track client interactions and resolve issues.
  • Utilize Microsoft platforms (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel) to manage client information and communicate with team members.
  • Upsell company products and services to clients, where applicable.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the Call Center team.
Requirements:
  • Able to work independently on special projects, as assigned.
  • Proficient with computers and able to multitask.
  • Able to sit for long periods of time.
  • Be a Team Player - Able to work with different personality types to accomplish set goals.
  • 2+ years of quality customer service experience via phones, and emails.
  • Experience with texting & chat platforms a plus.
