Job DescriptionAt PatientCredit Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our Patient Assistance and Revenue Cycle team. As a Patient Account Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient experiences through superior customer service, problem-solving, and compassionate patient interactions.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide an exceptional patient experience through superior customer service, problem-solving, and respectful patient interactions
  • Maintain knowledge of state and federal guidelines, regulations, and departmental policies, practices, and procedures
  • Process patient complaints, seek resolution, and implement solutions
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Other tasks and duties commensurate with the position
Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to make and receive 100+ phone calls a day with patients to drive revenue
  • Proven ability of how health insurance companies work
  • Detail-oriented with strong written and oral communications skills
  • Solution and outcome-focused
  • Healthcare and billing knowledge (HIPAA)
  • Bilingual in Spanish
