Position Overview:

Reporting to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, the Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in various external and regulatory reporting tasks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with Medicare 2552 and DHCFP 403 cost reports.
  • Contributing to RFA reporting and various healthcare surveys.
  • Supporting month-end accounting processes related to third-party reimbursements.
  • Conducting contract analysis and aiding in new business initiatives.
  • Participating in program expansion efforts and Net Revenue forecasting.

Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required; an MBA is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, ideally within the healthcare sector.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Meditech is essential. The candidate should possess strong analytical and quantitative abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.

This is a full-time position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week.
