Bridgewell is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Overnight Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our residential program, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities during the overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily living support, including assistance with grooming, bathing, feeding, and toileting, as needed.
- Monitor and respond to the needs of individuals during the overnight shift, including checking vital signs and administering medications as required.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for individuals, adhering to emergency policies and procedures as needed.
- Document daily and monthly progress notes, shift checklists, and other program documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree may be substituted for experience.
- Current Nursing Assistant Certification in Massachusetts and active certified status.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
