As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in delivering behavior analytic services and supports to individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities. Your responsibilities will include implementing behavior interventions, assisting in data collection, and providing data reporting on target behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support and assist individuals with skills training in all activities of daily living.
  2. Participate in the delivery of comprehensive behavior analytic services and supports to individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
  3. Meet regularly with RBT supervisor to review behavior plans, data collection, and analysis.
  4. Create opportunities and provide support to individuals to make decisions and develop their skills and foster independence.
  5. Provide services to individuals according to DDS, DMH, MassHealth, HUD, DPH, CARF, and all applicable regulatory standards, as well as Bridgewell policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or GED.
  2. Current Registered Behavior Technician certification.
  3. A minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities preferred.
