About the Role:
PruittHealth Hospice is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become a vital part of our hospice care team. In this role, you will provide essential nursing services to patients in their homes or care facilities, ensuring comfort and support during their final stages of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver palliative nursing care as outlined in the treatment plan.
- Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Implement pain management strategies to enhance patient comfort.
- Address the physical, emotional, and social needs of terminally ill patients and their families.
- Maintain compliance with all documentation and agency policies.
- Educate patients and families about care provisions and services.
- Participate in team meetings and in-service programs to enhance care delivery.
Qualifications:
