Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Retrieve files from storage and deliver them to clients in a timely manner
  • Ensure returned files are properly logged and stored
  • Prepare files for storage and retrieval
  • Maintain cataloging systems and procedures
  • Evaluate and improve cataloging systems for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Shift files to accommodate space needs
  • Create and manage files through data entry and labeling
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 0-1 years' experience working with records
  • Knowledge of records software systems, scanners, filing, storage, and disposal procedures
  • Proficiency in computer skills, especially with records tracking systems
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines
