Birmingham Green Health Center for Comm Cnts is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a part-time basis. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our senior residents.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct admissions and re-admissions, ensuring a smooth transition for our residents.
- Document patient activities, treatments, and care plans using Point Click Care (PCC) and other established systems.
- Supervise and direct the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Med Aides.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting, without restrictions.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current LPN licensure and CPR certification are mandatory.
- Ability to work weekends is essential.
- One year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Previous experience working with seniors.
- Familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC) software.
- Passion for delivering high-quality care to seniors.
