Job Title: Clinical RDN

Adventist Health is seeking a skilled Clinical RDN to provide comprehensive nutritional care to patients and residents with special needs.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' nutritional needs, developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans, and providing education to patients and their families. This role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in food and nutrition or a related field
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) certification within 6 months of completion of residency program
  • Experience as a Clinical Dietitian or in a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
