Requirements
  • Customer Support Experience: Proven experience in customer support or client service representative roles.
  • Track Record of Success: A track record of over-achieving quota and consistently delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, familiarity with CRM systems, Excel spreadsheets, and best practices.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
