Compensation Package

We offer a competitive hourly rate between $17.00 and $23.00, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401(k) plan, BC/BS medical, dental, vision, and more. Additionally, we have an uncapped bonus structure that rewards top performers for generating revenue.

Job Description

As a Senior Debt Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting individuals and businesses to collect outstanding debts and payment arrangements. You will need to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking clients to negotiate repayment plans and resolve any disputes.

  • Contact debtors via phone, email, and mail to collect overdue payments
  • Negotiate repayment plans and settlements with clients
  • Update account information and document all interactions
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
  • Provide excellent customer service to assist clients in resolving their debts
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Proven experience as a debt collector or in a similar role
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
  • Knowledge of FDCPA regulations
  • Basic computer skills
