At IFS, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Deal Desk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Sales organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the Quote to Close process cycle, ensuring seamless execution of software license transactions, and optimizing revenue recognition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prioritize business opportunities to ensure timely submissions and active engagement on deal strategy and negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and processes, as well as relevant government specifications.
  • Assist and advise Sales on product configurations and pricing proposals.
  • Draft, review, and administer documentation required for sales transactions and their approval.
  • Act as first-line support for the sales team on revenue recognition and contractual matters, liaising with Finance and Legal Departments as needed.
  • Provide interpretation and analysis of existing customer contractual documents.
  • Interact with internal business partners and external clients on contract and business-related matters.
  • Ensure fiduciary responsibility to IFS.
Requirements:
  • Experience in software licensing and contracting, including perpetual, subscription, hosting services, and SaaS models.
  • Understanding of Software & Maintenance revenue recognition criteria and regulations (ASC606 and IFRS15).
  • Strong PC skills with Microsoft Office products, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Agile mindset with a proven ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Good presentation skills and ability to interact with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to act with tact and discretion.
  • University Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or equivalent training or experience.
