Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Pool and Beach Access Coordinator who will oversee guest and homeowner entry to our exclusive amenities. This role requires the implementation of a service philosophy that aligns with our brand standards. The starting pay is $18.00, with full medical benefits available from day one and a sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet homeowners and guests in line with our service standards.
  • Maintain a visible presence at the Guest Services Office, pool, and beach access points to ensure authorized entry, while consistently demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Verify credentials using our computer system to confirm that pool and beach users are authorized guests or homeowners.
  • Respond to inquiries from owners and guests regarding services, facilities, dining options, transportation, entertainment, and operational hours.
  • Foster effective communication and teamwork with colleagues and other departments.
  • Cross-train in various Guest Service functions to enhance overall service delivery.
  • Adhere to established service standards within the department.
  • Support sustainability and environmental initiatives as part of our corporate responsibility program.
  • Assist guests with towel access as necessary.
  • Provide support for housekeeping duties in the absence of designated staff.
  • Coordinate with security personnel to address unauthorized or disruptive individuals in the pool or beach areas.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.

Essential Skills

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Proficient in basic mathematical functions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capable of navigating uneven and wet surfaces, as well as climbing stairs and ramps.
  • Maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in a luxury resort setting.
  • Background in customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with the local area and amenities.
  • Knowledge of relevant computer systems.
