Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Pool and Beach Access Coordinator responsible for managing guest and homeowner entry to our exclusive amenities. This role requires the implementation of a service philosophy that aligns with our esteemed brand. The starting compensation for this position is competitive, and comprehensive medical benefits are available from the first day of employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist owners and guests, adhering to our service standards.
  • Maintain a visible presence at key access points to ensure authorized entry while fostering a friendly and efficient atmosphere.
  • Verify credentials using our management system to confirm authorized access for pool and beach patrons.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding services, facilities, and operational hours.
  • Foster effective communication and teamwork with colleagues and other departments.
  • Engage in cross-training to enhance guest service capabilities.
  • Comply with departmental service standards.
  • Support sustainability and environmental initiatives as part of our organizational commitment.
  • Assist guests with towel access as needed.
  • Provide support in housekeeping tasks when required.
  • Collaborate with security personnel to address unauthorized or disruptive individuals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Essential Skills

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Proficient in basic mathematical functions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable navigating uneven and wet surfaces, including stairs and ramps.
  • Maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in a luxury service environment.
  • Experience in customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with the local area and its offerings.
  • Knowledge of management systems.
