Psychiatric Nurse

We are seeking a talented Registered Nurse to join our team at Cottonwood Creek Behavioral Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, specialty behavioral health services to individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues.
Responsibilities- Conduct patient assessments and provide nursing interventions to patients while maintaining a safe and efficient working and treatment environment.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure safe, quality patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote recovery and wellness.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
- At least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of one year of acute psychiatric experience.
- Strong critical thinking skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor others.
