Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Development Intern to support our Sales Support and Inside Sales teams. As a Sales Development Intern, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support key customer sales programs and projects.
- Respond quickly, thoroughly, and accurately to internal and external customer requests.
- Meet established deadlines for assigned projects and proactively inform stakeholders of project status.
- Collaborate with marketing and outside sales teams to support customer sales tools, initiatives, and training.
- Participate in training to develop understanding of the business.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to research specific territories and conduct outbound customer calls.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program focusing on sales, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience using Microsoft Products, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Willingness and desire to develop a career in sales.
- Creative, flexible, and deadline-oriented with a basic understanding of project management (planning, organizing, priority setting).
- Demonstrates resourcefulness as well as team and interpersonal skills to participate in cross-functional teams.
- Accuracy and attention to detail are required in performing all functions of this position.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
- Willingness to relocate after graduation for a full-time position is preferred.
