This is a unique career opportunity for managing a team and program that will provide Energy Advisor outreach to customers and Energy Engineering project support to meet sales energy saving electric and gas goals.

Job Description:

The RCx Program Manager will oversee operations of energy-efficiency programs for RCx services for industrial and commercial facilities near Detroit, Michigan. Key responsibilities include managing RCx energy efficiency program to meet energy goals and program milestones, maintaining strong client relationships, advising on strategic program decisions, and delivering presentations to program stakeholders.

  • Oversight of all aspects of program delivery including program marketing, program outreach, and program engineering support.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree with eight plus years of prior relevant experience OR Masters' degree with six plus years of prior relevant experience. Prior relevant experience refers to experience in RCx energy efficiency programs and/or energy management. Work experience may be substituted for the educational degree. Experience in industrial manufacturing or commercial building environments is a plus.

You will also need excellent written and verbal communications, proficiency with Microsoft Office software, and productivity and accuracy in performance of work. A valid driver's license and physical ability to perform field verification of pre and post installation of energy efficiency measures are required.

Salary Range: $87,100 - $157,450
